Kate Winslet | Mia Honey Theapleton

The famous Titanic lead actress has had three husbands and three children by them. In between these marriages, she has been raising her children as a single mother. Her eldest child by Jim Theapleton, Mia Theapleton, was born in 2000, two years after her parents said their vows. Their separation in 2001 meant that the toddler would have to be raised by Winslet alone.

Winslet has made every effort to make sure Mia and all her children live a good life. She most likely made passive investments on top of her acting career to sufficiently provide for them. Now that Mia is 20 years old, it appears the young adult would follow in her mom’s footsteps. She has already debuted on A Little Chaos and had another breakthrough film, Shadows, in 2020. So did Winslet do an excellent job of raising Mia and all her children? We think so.
